Dr. Stuart Bernsen is a co-founder of Chiro One and TVG-Medulla LLC’s Chief Executive Officer, responsible for managing the company’s overall operations as well as promoting its vision and values. Since beginning his practice in 1992, Stu has grown Chiro One into one of the largest privately owned chiropractic managed services organizations in the world, and one of Inc. 5000’s “Fastest Growing Businesses'' for three consecutive years. Dr. Bernsen received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating with research honors. He was named Chiropractor of the Year in 2007 and was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 2011. In 2013, Dr. Bernsen was named Midwest Entrepreneur of the Year® by Ernst & Young.
Dr. Sam Wang is a co-founder of Chiro One and TVG-Medulla LLC’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing clinical operations for the Chiro One brand. Sam created clinical best practice protocols and built 80+ DeNovo clinics across the Midwest and Pacific Northwest regions. Dr. Wang designed treatment utilization guidelines that help establish standards by which patient outcomes are delivered and strategically built a performance driven organization that is focused on the people and our patients. Dr. Wang received his Bachelor of Science from The University of Iowa and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic. He also holds board certifications as an Atlas Orthogonist and Independent Medical Examiner and is an extension faculty member at eight academic institutions. In 2011, Dr. Wang was named a Chiropractor of the Year by Sherman College.
Chris Roeh is TVG-Medulla LLC’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, financial analysis and strategy and human resources operations. Since joining Medulla LLC in 2016, he has played an integral role in fostering the company’s rapid growth through his sound strategic guidance and strong financial leadership. Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Linda Fournier is TVG-Medulla LLC’s Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing all marketing operations including strategy, digital marketing, patient engagement, brand management and public relations. Since joining Medulla LLC in 2019, Linda launched the MyoCore brand and has led a digital marketing transformation, resulting in a more scalable revenue model. Prior to joining Medulla, Linda built analytics-driven marketing organizations at several companies in the healthcare and technology industries. Linda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and her Masters of Business Administration from DePaul University.
Dr. George Walker is TVG-Medulla LLC’s Chief Performance Officer, responsible for the company’s overall performance as well as overseeing all strategic planning and project delivery. In addition to playing a key role in creating integrated metrics across all departments, George developed and successfully executed scalable clinical systems and training programs that have led to exponential growth in clinical key performance indicators that far exceed industry standards. Dr. Walker received his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Walker also holds certifications in multiple areas, with a focus on high performance and personal development.
Michele Bush is TVG-Medulla LLC’s General Counsel, overseeing all legal operations for the company, appointed in 2020. With over 35 years of legal experience and an extensive corporate, healthcare and real estate background, Michele contributes to the rapid expansion of Medulla through the due diligence process, transactional documentation, legal negotiations, and entity formation and permits. Michele received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science from Northwestern University and her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law, followed by an advanced L.L.M. degree in health law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She also received a Healthcare Leadership Certificate from Loyola University Chicago Graduate School of Business. From 2009 through 2015, Michele served as a gubernatorial appointee (confirmed by the Illinois Senate) to the Illinois State Board of Investment, as well as Chairperson of its Audit and Compliance Committee.
Dr. Sylvia Kim is TVG-Medulla LLC’s Chief Integration Officer, responsible for the integration of all acquired practices into the organization. Under Sylvia’s leadership, over 21 practices across six different states were successfully integrated, positioning them for future growth with standardized clinical protocols and practices. Dr. Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas San Antonio and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University. She holds certifications in Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture, Graston and Webster’s, and is also a certified Independent Medical Examiner, having completed more than 100 hours of prenatal and pediatric care studies.
